Brief and Introduction:

A contemporary office designed as a calm, approachable workspace that blends professionalism with warmth. The architecture focuses on human-scale proportions, soft materiality, and a seamless indoor–outdoor connection, creating an inviting environment for both clients and users.

 

Innovative Features:

  • Low-Rise Horizontal Planning: Keeps the built form grounded and approachable, enhancing accessibility

  • Integrated Landscape Forecourt: The green entry lawn acts as a buffer, creating a soft transition into the workspace

  • Framed Entrance Portal: A defined entry with warm textures establishes identity and visual focus

  • Seamless Glass Interface: Large sliding glazing blurs the boundary between interior and exterior

Sustainability and Green Design:

  • Green Roof Element: Helps reduce heat gain and improves insulation performance

  • Daylight Optimization: Large openings reduce dependence on artificial lighting

  • Thermal Comfort: Compact built form and shaded openings maintain balanced indoor conditions

  • Landscape Cooling: Lawn and planting reduce heat island effect and improve microclimate
