Brief and Introduction:

A contemporary commercial space designed as a seamless blend of workspace and brand experience. The architecture emphasizes horizontality and openness, with a strong linear form wrapped in a perforated screen that creates a refined yet dynamic facade. The design balances transparency, privacy, and identity, establishing a bold corporate presence.

 

Innovative Features:

  • Parametric Screen Facade: A continuous perforated skin wraps the upper volume, creating a striking visual identity while filtering light

  • Floating Linear Mass: The upper block appears to hover above the ground level, adding lightness and modernity

  • Defined Entry Experience: A deep, shaded entrance porch creates a welcoming transition space

Sustainability and Green Design:

  • Shading Screen System: The perforated facade reduces solar heat gain while allowing diffused daylight

  • Daylight-Driven Design: Large openings and filtered light minimize reliance on artificial lighting

  • Thermal Performance: Combination of solid insulated masses and ventilated skin improves energy efficiency

  • Green Integration: Landscape buffers and terrace planting enhance microclimate and reduce heat island effect
