Brief and Introduction:

A contemporary institutional building defined by simplicity and rhythm, using exposed brick and deep frames to create a strong visual identity. The design emphasizes openness, shaded circulation, and a balanced environment that supports both learning and social interaction.

• Repetitive framed bays creating a strong architectural rhythm and identity

• Central entrance volume acting as a visual and functional focal point

• Deep recessed corridors providing shaded circulation spaces

• Use of exposed brick as both structure and facade expression

Sustainability and Green Design:

• Deep recesses and overhangs reducing direct solar heat gain

• Exposed brick providing thermal mass and climate responsiveness

• Naturally ventilated corridors minimizing mechanical cooling needs

• Large openings ensuring ample daylight penetration

• Reduced dependency on artificial lighting during daytime
