A bold institutional design combining a sculptural concrete base with a perforated typographic façade above. The interplay of mass and light creates a dynamic identity, while vibrant interiors and open spaces foster interaction, movement, and a contemporary human-centric architectural experience.

 

Innovative Features:

• Sculptural concrete base seamlessly transforming into an accessible ramp, merging circulation with form

• Typographic perforated façade acting as identity, shading device, and visual storytelling element

• Strong contrast of heavy base and lightweight upper volume for dynamic massing

• Integrated passive design through controlled light, ventilation, and thermal buffering

• Vibrant color-coded structural elements enhancing wayfinding and spatial experience

Sustainability and Green Design:

• Perforated façade acts as a passive shading system, reducing heat gain and glare

• Optimized natural daylight penetration minimizes dependence on artificial lighting

• Open floor planning allows effective cross-ventilation and airflow
