Brief and Introduction:

A contemporary office-cum-factory designed to seamlessly integrate industrial functionality with a refined corporate identity. The architecture expresses clarity in zoning, with a transparent front volume housing office spaces and a more solid, controlled mass accommodating production areas. The design reflects efficiency, precision, and a forward-looking industrial character.

 

Innovative Features:

  • Dual-Zone Architecture: Clear segregation of office (transparent) and factory (solid) functions for efficiency and identity

  • Double-Height Glazed Office Front: Creates a strong corporate presence while visually connecting workspaces

  • Floating Volume Expression: Upper office block appears suspended, adding a modern, lightweight character

  • Integrated Circulation Spine: Vertical movement (staircase) becomes a visual and functional core

Sustainability and Green Design:

  • Daylight-Focused Office Design: Large glazed facade reduces dependence on artificial lighting in workspaces

  • Thermal Zoning: Solid factory mass minimizes heat gain, improving energy efficiency

  • Shading Strategies: Pergola and recessed glazing reduce solar load on exposed facades

  • Ventilation Efficiency: Planned openings and volume allow natural air movement in both office and industrial areas
